Can I get a refund after the voucher has been redeemed?

If you redeemed your voucher but have not yet booked an experience or a getaway, you can contact us within 30 days (after the purchase), and your Tinggly gift can still be refunded. Please note that refund will ONLY be made to the same bank account that has been used to complete the purchase
