If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a gift, please contact us within 30 days, and we will refund the total cost of your un-booked gift to the purchaser. Please note that we can only refund if the gift has not been used.

Refunds are always made to the person who purchased the voucher. Please note that Refunds are not issued for the delivery fee paid if a physical gift box has been purchased.
Please note: depending on your location and banks involved:
- The time frame for receiving refunds can vary
- The wire transfer may be paid in a currency used for the original purchase
- Your bank may charge a wire fee
