What is your Cancellation Policy?

Unused Experience Vouchers can be returned within 30 days for a full refund to the gift buyer.

If you have any unused Experience Vouchers, you can always exchange them for Tinggly value, which you can use to purchase anything from our marketplace. If you choose a more expensive experience, you'll need to pay the difference, but if you choose one that costs less, the remaining amount will stay in your account’s balance for future use.

No refunds are allowed once the booking is confirmed, however, most of the experiences can be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the date of experience (please check each experience for cancellation policy before booking). In the case of free cancellation, your voucher will be reactivated for you to use it again in the future.
