What is your cancellation policy?

Once you book a specific date with an activity supplier, you are bound by their terms and conditions, including cancellations or rescheduling. Therefore, please check the cancelation policy on your ticket or confirmation email. 


Please note that even if your experience is eligible for cancelation, you must make this amendment at least 48 hours before the experience. 


Failure to appear on your booked date or to cancel at least 48 hours before your booked date will result in the loss of the value of your experience.
