What can I do if the activity provider has cancelled my activity?

Unfortunately - due to no fault of Tinggly - this can happen occasionally. If you can do the activity at another time/day, we recommend arranging this directly with the activity organizer. If not, contact us, and your gift box will be reactivated so you can choose from any other experience available.
