Once you book a specific date with an activity supplier, you are bound by their terms and conditions, including rescheduling. Therefore, please check the rescheduling policy on your ticket or confirmation email. 

If eligible - email us at hello@tinggly.com. If your experience starts within 24 hours, please contact the provider directly.
