I have not received the e-voucher. What should I do?

We advise you to check your spam inbox first. Sometimes the e-voucher ends up there, unfortunately. If you purchased the e-voucher using your email address, you can also find it in your account. 

If you still cannot find your voucher, email us at hello@tinggly.com with your order number, and we will resend it to you or the recipient.
