I have not received my purchased e-voucher. What should I do?

You can always log in to your Tinggly account (if purchased with an account) and under My Orders, find all of your purchased gifts. 


However, if you would like us to resend the confirmation email, please contact us at hello@tinggly.com, and we will be happy to resend the voucher to you.
